I find them easier than, and don't like them as well as, the Live Series (which I like quite a bit). A.M. Latte just seems a little silly and disjointed, hardly any cardio at all, and the Pajama Time is relaxing but it needs a lot of equipment (blocks, 3 rolled blankets, something else I think). There's an exercise (maybe a Kundalini thing?) at the beginning of one of them that involves whipping your head back and forth while breathing rapidly, and I had a horrible neck ache the next day from doing that. The Abs workout is ok; Goddess Booty is a little better, it actually does work the butt pretty well; and the bonus Yoga workout is I guess my favorite, but still I'm lukewarm about all of them. They're all very short too, 20-30 minutes each I think. I really like the Lives, nothing can compare to their energy and I like the little bit of fun dancy cardio in the Lives. The Master Series does have the usual intention-setting thing and positive "pep talks", and the "sat nam" mantra and a little guided meditation, just like all the other YBBs, and I really like those parts of them. But I also miss having the live class there, and I miss the Ravi guy on drums - on the Master Series it's just the two insructors and the music is not live. I was disappointed in the Master Series - you would think with a name like that they would be more challenging but they just seemed more blah to me, and the instructors didn't have their usual sparkle.
