Yet Another P90X Thread...

Has anyone ever done a back to back P90x rotation, doing classic first and then either doubles or lean? What sort of results did you have? I've decided I want to be doing another classic rotation in the summer, so need something to do in between. I'm also considering doing the Power 1/2 hrs.

When I first did P90X I did back to back rotations. I did Doubles and then the Lean rotation. I had the best results ever. I am doing a Lean rotation now and when I am done I am doing another P90X style rotation but using Cathe's Gym Styles and or S&H for some of the P90X weight workouts. (this might keep me busy til the new Cathe workouts!!)...Carole
 
Carole you really like this program don't you? How long have you had it and how often do you incorporate it? Do you simply intersperse some of Tony's workouts here and there, or do you every so often do another whole rotation? I just got mine 2 days ago and I'm going to begin with it on Monday (Ohio get-together tomorrow you know :) ) So I'm looking for your P90X wisdom! Thanks!

Yes, I really like P90X!! I got it in May of 2004. After the first 2 rotations, I went back to Cathe and did a few P90X workouts thrown in. But after awhile I missed the style of P90X rotations as they seemed to fit in easily with running. So I started another P90X rotation 11 weeks ago. I am so glad you got it!!! I think you will benefit from a rotation of P90X. I'd be happy to help in any way...:)...Carole...PS...have a GREAT time at the GTG...:)
