First and foremost, I wanted to thank you for all the information you supply to call of us on these forums.

My question to you is regarding a rotation to help the upper body. My lower body is in pretty good shape, but my upper body needs help! It does not seem to tone up as nicely.

I currently workout six days a week, alternating weights & cardio.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Not Debbie, but she has a great "Get Ready for Summer" rotation that works upper body and abs. I've done it and gotten great results!!!:)

Her rotations are posted in this same forum a little lower down.
