Yet another Barry's Bootcamp question...can you help?

Are their time breakdowns anywhere for these workouts? Is there cardio on every disc and are there two options (treadmill and non-treadmill) on each as well? I'm confused. Thanks for any clarification.
 
BBC consists of 5 DVDs

Chest & Abs, Butt & Legs, Shoulders & Back, Arms & Abs and Total Body

Each DVD has a 30 minute weight workout a 30 minute cardio workout and a 30 minute treadmill cardio workout.
 
There aren't time breakdowns on these dvd's but each weight segment is about half an hour (maybe a little less. I believe Total Body is about 40 minutes). There are two cardio options on each dvd--a treamill and non-treadmill--EXCEPT for Total Body. There are no cardios on that one.

I usually do the weight segment first but have only done two of the cardios (I usually sub a Cathe cardio instead). I've done Arms/Abs and Back/Shoulders cardios--both were great. I don't have a treadmill so I haven't done those cardios yet.

These are really fun. I love Barry, Joey and Rich. Nadia I could do without.....

what exactly are the tm w/outs? I haven't bought this ummm yet. You ppl make me spend sooo much money!;-) I usually run on my TM w/iTread or my own music. What do these TM w/outs consist of? TIA
