Hi ladies, I have been a Cathe user for a year and a half. I just found out I am pregnant today! My son is 13 months old. Hubby and I just started to talk about a second and...BAM! lol. I am sure this question has been asked a billion times, but is it ok to keep doing ALL of the same excercises during the first trimester? I got kinda scared today doing jump tucks.

Congrats! With my first pregnancy, I did all out high impact, my first trimester. With my second I did a little less impact the first trimester due to am sickness and bladdder. Listen to your body throughout pregnancy.

I understand! I have 3 kids am pregnant with my fourth! I had twins one time! I can't wait to start working out with Cathe again. My favorite workout is Step, Jump, and Pump! -AC:)

CONGRATS!!! YEAH!

I am 31 weeks pregnant with twins and I did not do any plyos my first trimester. I was just scared (due to previous miscarriages). I was also so freaking sick that I could barely move. In my second trimester, I actually picked back up in intensity pre-pregnancy and did a lot of cardio and weights.
Now, I am mostly doing weights (a bit lighter) and low impact step.

Just listen to your body and if you have doubts, don't do whatever you are doubting. You know your body the best.

Anyway, congrats to you!!!

Congratulations!!! See you on the Moms-To-Be check in!!

During the first trimester I was able to do pretty much all of the workouts - I also bought a standing fan to help keep my body temperature in check. Now, during the second trimester, I've eliminated pretty much all jumping, but still do Kick, Punch, Crunch and Low Max and other step routines. We'll see what the third trimester brings:+

Thanks ladies. I am still doing the same dvd's, but I just keep the jumps very low. I also modified my weights a bit; no more 40lb barbell squats, etc.

I have been getting out of breath in the warm ups! I don't remember this with my son.

Congratulations!!!!!!

The other ladies already gave you great tips, just do what ever feels good.
