I can't help myself! I had to post and tell you all that I just finished Leaner legs with a 35lb barbell!! And on the step ups I was able to do 15lb dumbells
! I'm getting stronger
!! I've made a goal for myself, in 3 weeks I want to be able to do leaner legs with 41lbs. and so on, and so on... Sorry, but I'm all alone and I just had to tell somebody

but unfortuately, my scale also reads bodyfat and sadly, it went up 1%. I know it doesn't sound like much,but I'm so short everything shows. Anyway, thanks for your encouragement
your scale is consistant? I've wanted one of those but, I've heard from some that they're not very reliable. One person said that her fat % changed by 3% from morning to afternoon. If you like yours, what kind is it. I'd much prefer to step on a scale than do all that measuring. Yuck!
I understand about being short. I'm 5'4" with short legs. It seems everything shows on me as well. Well, it actually seems that only gains show on me. I can lose 10 lbs and it not show. Go figure
say to test bodyfat, you should step on it in the evening(10o'clock being ideal) that's when you'll get the most accurate results and when I do this it's very consistant!! Now I also weigh myself first thing in the a.m. once a week, because that is your true weight. Is this making sense? Check bodyfat at night and if you want your true weight 1st thing in the a.m., and yes it WILL show a higher bodyfat level due to excess fluid in you system that has't been totally excreeted yet( this is also why you BF goes down as the day goes along). My scale is a Tanita(wait I'm running to my bathroom to check the model number)TBF-611. I honestly think they are very accurate, and I'll never go back to a "regular" scale!! Whoo, I'm winded
