Hi,
Typing on here now while DH is doing his Bowflex crunches.. Worked him on lat pulldowns and biceps. Concentration curls were killer for him with 20#ers at end of workout. I'm pretty proud of him, and he really is trying hard to work to failure.
Traci, I'm so proud of you for conquering L&B! Back to front, bet that one is tough! Way to go on the balance lunges. I think I'd be shaking like crazy for that one. LOL about the inmates loving Tony. I hate to even think about that one... Enjoy the bay and we look forward to hearing from you on Sunday.
Lea, a ^5 from me too on your Legs & Back accomplishment!!! Glad your DH can appreciate it too. Very good on the arms up in the air for bicycle. I haven't tried that one yet. Next week.
Debra, the tattoo sounds very pretty and will remind you of your DD. Your trip sounds absolutely luxurious! Bet the food was out of this world! So nice to get to do something like that. You'll never regret those times. Sounds like you need to take a little rest today. Bet you will be much more ready tomorrow to work hard.
Sandra, hope you got the shower in that you wanted. I know what that feels like to want one so bad, but hold off because you're going to be working hard. I think you've got the right plan in helping DH. Good to hear that P90 is a good workout for someone starting out. I can't wait to review the Masters, hopefully this weekend. I'd like to incorporate some of those weight workouts for DH to help him avoid boredom. These guys improve so fast, not fair at all! LOL about his comment on his faster workout than yours. What's been taking you so long? LOL? Enjoy the shower.
Monica, our thoughts are with you, we're all sending out good vibes and hoping for some good news from your doctor. What other yoga DVD's do you have and like? I'd like to get some new ones. The bread machine sounds wonderful. If I didn't worry about my weight, I would certainly make it more often. Something just so totall satisfying about creating the loaf, kneading, rising, all that stuff. Have a piece for me. Will you put butterscotch topping on my piece?
Tracy, you went out with a bang with Legs & Back! All of you ladies have done just awesome. Sounds like the back is better now. Way to go on the unassisted chins and pullups. I still haven't tried one yet. Someday.
Must go, have yoga tomorrow.
