Xers.......Tender Tuesday.......

Why in the world have I chose this title.....I don't know.....it's the first thing that came to mind.
Today is Phase 2, Week 2, Day 4: Yoga (AHHHHH....)
I'll be doing it later this afternoon. I'll let my body warmed up a little. Today on to do some errands. I have to go to the seamstress as 80% of my clothes are too big now. There's even clothes I bought just before P90X that are too big. At this point I don't think my hips will change no more, maybe just my waist. I'd like to loose 1 or 2 more inches. Although I have to say I've hit a plateau so far in this second phase. Same weight and BF as when I finsihed Phase 1. I'll have to check the diet a little closer. I know for a fact that I'm not up in my calories, as I average 1600-1700/day. But I struggle to keep my carbs down. I'll have to be more critical with my choices.... At least I have some...:p
Man oh man it was hard to sleep yesterday. Sometimes it was soo spooky :eek: :eek: :eek: . It was so windy I thought the roof would blow away and then a few minutes later.... nothing.... not a sound. DH had a business diner and came back late, after midnight and kind of woke me up. OK out doing my errands and I'll be back for personal.
