Good Morning Xers

This morning I did KPC & abs, I TRIED to do P90X chest/back but I wasn’t feeling it or wasn’t strong enough so saving w/o for tomorrow. I will be back
 
Good morning,

Today was BM2 Timesaver Cardio Only and abs. Will go hit some balls at the golf course after work, then DD and GC will be over to visit in the evening. Thinking about everyone on the Road Trip today. So excited for all of you!!!

Teddygirl, don't think I could do KPC, abs and then P90X Chest/Back even on a well day. Hope you feel stronger tomorrow. That infection you had was nasty and possibly your body is still recuperating from it. You are so strong so it won't take too long I think.

Debra, did you get your yoga in yesterday? You are having some real heat out where you live, wow!!! Our temps have been pleasant here out west. I checked the weather for the area we are doing the cycling/shopping/eating trip to next week and it should be in the 70's!! Perfect :7. I'm hoping your roller coast smooths out soon. Think I might have asked but when will your DH be coming home for good from Russia? Would that help the roller coaster ride? Sorry about it being too hot to ride, oh well. It'll be waiting for you when the temps come down. I love fall riding, it's like the best! Our club does a wonderful fall color ride in October. It's a great 40 or so mile ride, with a lunch stop in the middle. The ladies look at the leaves and the fellas just let the testosterone flow and race everyone.

Traci, I miss you!!! We all miss you!!! Glad you are getting some things done and feeling better.

Wendy, you are probably gone now, but I think that's pretty neat that the 14 year old showed you the trails. Mtn. biking is a lot of fun. I need to go check out your bike on the Gary Fisher site. I forgot to yesterday.

Sandra, I think you're right about the revolt if the new DVD's are released at the RT. Wouldn't bother me, but I can see where there would be MANY complaints. Yep, I'll be checking the blog after the weekend. Hope you get lots done on your report.

JeanetteX: Yep! Tooth was NASSSSTY even my dentist made his little comment about it, ARGH...x( I've had tooth aches before, but NEVER/EVER like this babe, praise God! sooo glad it is over. Well, wont be over until he take other tooth on 8/22 which is aching, but not bad, but do need attention. And as far as my body, put it this way, Cathe would say “Still in Shock I Know” she kills me with that one :7 :7

But, today I feel like I am gaining my strength back besides day 2 of vitamins. When I got home from work yesterday took meds and went straight to bed, I did all this in 5 minutes;-) I had around 10 dreams last night I kept waking up every hour, since being on meds my nights have been realllllyyyyyy long, and I go into a DEEP sleep.

Tomorrow, I was planning to do Cardio Fusion, Mix and Max 80 minutes of pure bliss, but since I wasn’t able to do chest & back this morning, threw Sat and Sun schedule off a bit. Who knows, maybe I get a busted of energy tonight, yeah right, When I get off work I am ((extremely)) tired body still in shock I know :+ :D

I have a ? for you guys, just curious, have you ever did P90X chest back then the very next day do Shoulders & Arms? Seems like alot to me, that's what I need to do to complete this week of P90X. I see why he put a day in between the two workouts, but its not impossible, right:7 that’s all I need to know:7 waiting...for...an...answer:D Be back, going to take vitamins.
 
Good morning ladies...Sorry I never got back yesterday, but I ended up messing with some insurance stuff I had to do for my DH....ALL DAY!! What should have been a 20 minute project lasted from 9am until 4:30 pm...Needless to say I was incredibly frustrated at that point! Anyhoo...I did get my yoga in...I did B. Kest's energize section...That one is a pretty good shoulder workout since you hold down dogs for a long time in it. I am going to do some sort of cardio today...Not quite sure what yet...Just depends on how hot my workout room is when I make it up there. If I didn't still have some DOMS from CTX upper body, I would probably just go ahead and start with GS...but I think I need to give my upper body another day to thaw out a bit.

My DD is spending the night at my mom's tonight..so I may even get a little adult time...WooHoo! Other than that...nothing much going on here today except trying to stay out of the heat...It is already 90 degrees here at 10:30!! Oh...and my DD was in the local paper yesterday...the art camp she attended got a write up in the local paper and they had a picture of her class...She's already a celebrity in her new home town!

onto some personals......

Teddygirl...KPC plus abs is plenty of a workout, dear girl! Hope your mouth and body are feeling better and that your infection is headed out of town.

Jeanette....I actually have no idea when DH is coming home for good...which is part of the problem we are having...Just lots of things going on with DH right now. Anyway..I would kill to have some 70 degree weather right now...It's like walking into a sauna here when you go outside. I am definitely looking forward to fall. Have fun golfing this evening...and give those grandbabies lots of hugs and kisses tonight. How is Tillie? Has she completely recovered?

Sandra...Hope your report is complete and helpful to the powers that be. Did you have fun with Eion yesterday? Did you taste the honey in your hips? i think you're right about the blog...I think they are just preparing for the RT...although, it would be nice if they announced that the new dvds were being shipped out and waiting for the RT's when they got home...That way we we'll all get them at the same time!

Nicole...Hope you had a good time shopping with the family yesterday. Hope you have another good workout on tap for today.

Hope all of you road trippers are having a blast right now!! So jealous!!

Morning Ladies,

Rotation: Cathe's July '07
Workout: Week 3/Day 5/HST Premix #3 Cardio and Upper Body

Well it is only a few of us left today. Everyone else is off to the RT. Hope they all have a great time meeting Cathe and crew. Plus all the new friendships that will happen. :)

Just got back from my cleaning at the dentists office. I have been having a problem with a tooth that had a slight split in it. So 15 years ago my dentist filled it, and now I need to have a crown put on it. Well that filling lasted 15 years so I'm impressed. Just glad I don't need a root canal. ;-)

Teddygirl, I have never done the workouts back to back. To tell the truth, the biggest problem I would see is the shoulders, and triceps. Since most of his chest work is push-ups. Maybe just do half of each workout. That way you stay on your schedule.

Jeanette, Have a great time hitting those balls. I can't play golf at all. I have played softball for so many years that my golf swing turns into a softball swing. :)

Sandra, You are right, it would be crazy on these boards if the RT people received the new workouts before they where shipped. Maybe they get a sneak preview of the workouts. That I could see.

Debra, So was your yoga hot! :D LOL about The Suite Life, my youngest DD just loves that show. Along with Hannah Montana!

Teddygirl...Load up on those vitamins woman! I am sure you could do S&A after C&B...but I would think that you would not get all the benefits of S&A because of all of the fatigue you would still have from the previous workout. Have a good day at work, and take care of yourself. I still think you shouldn't try to over do since your body is still recovering from the infection!

Good morning,

I have one day left on writing this report, then I'll be able to join you all for better chats again.

This morning I did GS Biceps, CTX All-Step (cardio), and BG Bonus stability ball abs. This week of the GS's has given me DOMS everywhere. Probably all the yoga is having an effect, too. I did Finn's Magically Hips yesterday. It felt terrific. This afternoon I would like to do about 40 mins. of Fluid Power: some salutations, backbend flows, and meditation - maybe do Shavasana and sneak in a little nap ;)

Teddygirl - sure, you could do them on consecutive days, but you might want to lower your expectations for the Shoulder/Arms workout, as they will likely still be fatigued from Chest/Back.

I've read all your posts; will catch up with you all in a day or so.

Hey Ladies!

Quick drive by before I head out the door to pick up a couple last minute purchases: translucent powder and red high heels.:7 I never got around to doing Core Synergistic. But, y'all probably already knew!:7 I did a yoga quickie with Eoin yesterday. Love Him!:*

I've been busy packing and packing some more. I'm bringing more with me than needed!!! I had a mini fashion show for dh and dc last night trying to decide what to wear. They were NO help except for the Saturday night dinner outfit (hence the red heels)! So, I guess the task will fall upon Jenn. Shhhh! }( ;)

I wish y'all could come with me!!!

Haven't had time to ride. I'm talking Jenn into getting a better bike. But, I'll make her go riding with me regardless!}(

So much to do! So little time! Never fear. I'm only a couple hours drive away from Cathe. She should be very afraid! lol

May 07' Premix Rotation

BM2 "Timesaver Cardio Only" Premix (43 min) + BM2 Abs (9 min)

Got up late today because I took Motrin last night. I hate taking medicine for my back, I feel so out of energy the next day. Off to workout, at least it's not a marathon workout like so many have been on this rotation.

Off to sweat!

Hi there Xer ladies! Just back for a quick chat. I ended up doing the cardio from HSTA and HSC...ended up being a little over 30 minutes...but was pretty much like doing blasts the whole time! I was going to do abs too...but just didn't have the energy. I haven't been eating enough lately and couldn't do anymore. I need to write out my basic rotation for the next 6 weeks or so...but it will be heavy lifting with a couple of days of cardio a week. My body seems to respond well to that...so I might as well do it...also..I like that kind of rotation.

Laurie....Have no idea how I missed your post this morning. Glad the dentist wasn't too tortuous! My DD LOVES Hannah Montana...and the Cheetah Girls...she has all of their CD's...She and her friends play "rock star"...it just cracks me up...DD actually dressed as Hannah for Halloween last year...and still wears the costume all the time for her performances. Is this the last weekend of the faire?

Sandra...Type, type, type!! I can hear your working very hard up there in the northland...I hope your weather isn't as hot as ours! Hope you get to catch that nap today.

I'm Back!

Workout Done! I realized the BM2 Timesaver premix is compiled of all the most difficult portions of the DVD}(

I just purchased the CTX series. I officially own all of Cathe's DVD's aside from Gauntlet & Terminator. Those two aren't in any rotations so I'm not too worried. I figure if I come across hard times I could just sell my Cathe DVD's and put a downpayment on a new house:p

DebraX, How is your adult/alone time going? I hope you are using it wisely. How are thingd with you and DH? Are they going better? When is he coming home anyways? I hope for you it's sooner or maybe later:D Yes, my back is back to it's old tricks:( I am having a hard time doing reverse crunches which I have never experienced before. I am also having a hard time coming up from sun salutations. I hope the chiro can fix it next week. I think you and I will be doing the same type rotation in a few weeks. I was writing it out today, so fun:)

JeanetteX, Glad to hear you have no newsletter worries for a few more weeks. Ohhh, Hood River, how beautiful! I would have loved to live in Oregon. My brother and grandparents lived up there for about 10 years and I would have joined them had they not moved. My DH said the earth muffins would have killed him early:D Enjoy your time there!

SandraX, Did you get your report turned in? What a relief, hah? By the time all of the RT's are home you'll be ready to go:) I'm going to do a GS rotation next month to keep me busy until the new DVD's arrive at my door. I am really looking forward to it. GS was a deal as I traded it for LIC which I turned around and re-purchased. Smart trade I thought!

LaurieXX, Glad you had a blast at the fair! I stay away from our's as it always has deep fried and sugary foods that I can't resist:9 My shopping trip was to Costco which can be dangerous, but I stuck to my list:)

Anointed, Hope you're feeling better! What a nightmare this tooth has been:( It's really interupting your normal flow isn't it? You'll be re-motivated to kick butt as soon as it's better, I know it:) I never did those two X workouts back to back but I don't think it would be a problem since they are opposing muscle groups.

WendyX, Amy, Swifty & Cheryl, I hope you are enjoying yourselves. What am I saying, I know you are!!! Pictures, Pictures, Pictures!!!!
