Xers......Finally Friday........

Sandra-X! Your cakes are soooo cute!!! The lady bug is adorably adorable!!! That basket weave must have taken forever. Did you hand cramp up on that one? Did you make all those little ladybugs out of that stretchy frosting. I forget the name of it... marzipan? Good work!!! Thanks for sharing... as if you had a choice.:7 So, who gets to eat all these confectionary treats?

Wendy

Wendy: do you really:) :) I see lots of white boys wearing them and they look so SEXY:9

Tracie: I finally read the information you posted very informative, thank you:)

Okay you guys, I’m burning outx( Here’s the deal I need to get use to new situation, and right now I feel like taking a nap.

Hi all,

Just flying by for a quick hi! I did a nice moderate paced run and then came in and did GS legs standing only. I purposefully ran first to prefatigue the muscles so that I didn't have to lift heavy because my back is finally feeling better and I didn't want to aggravate it again. It was a good workout, but I really didn't feel like doing anything, and I cheated the slow mo lunges at the end and did 8 4 count up and 4 down. That was the best I could do mentally.

Sandra - All of your hard work has paid off because you have definitely improved your cake decorating skills. The flowers are beautiful.

Happy evening to all,

Traci

Traci-X: I finally got around to reading the article you posted. It's just what I needed to hear. If I compared my body to 8 months ago, I feel soo good about where I am and how far I've come! I think Cathe, the X, getting ready for the RT, and power yoga have all worked together at the right time to help me lose body fat and gain muscle. However, the longer I work out, I have to remind myself that I won't see changes as quickly as I have this past year. I can't lie. I love that I weigh 110 now. And, I know that I'll most likely put on some pounds from doing another round of the X. So, this article is great timing for me to stay committed to completing as much of the X as I can before I leave. Thanks again!!! BTW, when did you get your Meez girl? Love it!!!!

TG: Yes, I do like dreads. Another thing holding me back is that I'd have to cut them out when I got tired of them. The cost (cutting my hair) is too high for my fickle personality. :7

Tracy-X: Tonight's workout was a wise choice. I always say this, but I mean it: you are so good about listening to your body and adjusting your workouts to keep you safe while making improvements. WTG!

Well ladies, it's time for me to push play. I wanted to wait for dinner to digest.

Ballistic Hugs and Sweet Dreams to ALL!

Wendy

Hey, Xers!!!

I'm still around. Work is, well, work.....Same ol', same ol'!

Traci- I'm glad that PT is going well for you. Hope it keeps up!

Breakfast with DH was good. I didn't do "breakfast" food, though. I stuck with a bowl of chili and a side salad with a bit of salsa instead of dressing. I can sure tell that my body is used to the eating every 3 hrs or so.....I feel like I'm STARVING if I don't eat that often!

I hope that everyone has a good weekend lined up.

Sandra- I wish that I could see your cakes. Picturetrail is blocked at workx(
