X-Train/LIS 90-Day or X-Train 90-Day Undulating, again?

Hello, I've done the 90-day Undulating X-Train program and in two weeks will be done with the X-Train/LIS 90 day program. I love X-Train and have definitely seen some great results with my body; do you think if I do the X-Train 90-Day Undulating program again will I get additional results, will I improve? I will probably use heavier weights in some of the exercises with other exercises will most likely start out with the same weights. You read about changing the program so that your muscles are always being challenged with different exercises. I did STS and it's great but I've gotten use to the shorter workouts but I do plan on doing that one again in the future. Anyway, any suggestions/opinions/recommendations would be helpful. Thanks!!
 
Hi, I did 90 days of Xtrain+30 days cardio/ weigths Xtrain, I love it but after that I change to make my body confusion,so I did bootcamp, crossfire, for 2 weeks now Im doing 4DS I planning to do it for a month.Good luck
 
How about a break from X-train, so you can come back to it in a month or two?

Change focus entirely. Heavier weights, you say? OK then. How about a month or two of the following: heavy weights with cardio of differing focus.

Rotate the Gym Styles, 4DS, Slow & Heavy for weight training with the cardio from TTM, CrossFire, 4DS itself and some kickbox and HiiT workouts from STS cardio series.

After this, then go back to X-train and see what is what......
