WW'S September: WEEK OF SEPT. 12th

Hello Ladies.

Finished my w/o a few mins ago. I went mish mosh crazy! LOL

w/u: 50 jumping jacks-1 min
w/o: BR side burpee challenge-9:56 min
Tonique mat back lying minus abs-11:43 min
Elbow Plank hold-2:30 min
Extreme Kettlebell cardio w/o upper body segment-7:39 min
Bootcamp cardio only premix + stretch-8 min for cardio + stretch time

Off to shower and eat something. Taking Joey to see The Lion King in 3d today and then to dinner. After that will probably play games or something and have a few drinks. Me n DH will have the drinks, not the kid! ;)

Hi guys! thanks for thinking of me...I stopped checking in here b/c I am not sticking w/ the WW points system. For now, I am going back to the old points since that is easier for me to do in my head, but I am still eating beyond my points most of the time nor losing any pounds.

Also, I like being a little bit (well, very) chatty so it seemed intrusive to post here and not even be following WW very well. But, I've been popping in and appreciating everyone's progress and also peeking at Wendy's workouts since I like BR and the science behind Tabata/Hiit, etc. I need to minimize high impact tho...

ps, Wendy, my dd's 18 and 15 went to see LK3D yesterday! They wanted to sing along, but the theater was too crowded and they didn't want to disturb others...lol.
