WW Week of 9/18

Hello Ladies,

Super late check in for me. I should have been in bed an hour ago. :confused:

Today's work out didn't get done til after dinner which is a rarity for me anymore. I would have considered skipping it but I just took and unscheduled rest day on Friday so I couldn't let that happen! :eek:

My work out was as follows:

BR- Haters work out using 8# med ball and high step in place of UGI.
MMA Kickboxing-1st 2 combos wearing weighted gloves.
B&G-Ankle Weight Work (2# weights)
Criss Cross Cardio-Standing obliques holding 3# db's

Not sure what tmrw will bring....

Finally getting a UGI ball! So excited!!!! I posted about not being able to justify the cost on FB and within a couple hours DH saw my post and ordered it for me!!! I never expected it!!! :D:D:D:D

K, off to bed with me before I am unhappy in the morning....

Wendy, that was so sweet of your Hubby!! I kinda want a ugi ball but it's alittle expensive for me also.

My workout yesterday was HIIT 25 in the am & HIIT 20 in the afternoon. Today's was STS meso1 disc1 & HIIT 20. I made lasagha this weekend, whole wheat noodles, ground turkey, & lowfat cheese. Everyone said they couldn't tell the difference.

Talk about crazy workouts..

Yesterday was low max and some of bh TRC..not loving his teaching style so i have a hard time making it through!

Today I have sts m2w2 back and bis and some sort of cardio..

Wendy: your hubs is totally cool:) I guess he ppreciates your smokin hot bod!
 
Good morning ladies. I can't believe it's Monday already. Today workout was CLX Push Circuit 1. I went heavy.

Wendy that was so sweet of your husband to do that for you. I think you deserve it with all the hard workout you do.

Good Morning Girls.

Scale is up to it's highest (up 3#) since I reached my goal. I'm not happy but not freaking out just yet. Gotta get down to business and make it drop back to where it was...I am sure it's mostly due to some poor eating choices and a few two many drinks this weekend. Hopefully I can nip it in the butt this week though. :)

Great job with the workouts ladies!

Steph:: What is TRC? I assume BH is Bob Harper?
 
Hey Wendy...do not despair...i am sure you are still buff!

Scale isn't being nice but that is because I do not have your food dedication..!

TRC is the totally ripped core...exercises are pretty good...he just annoys me a little..very serios and deadpan..Not really my style...i am more of the chipper kind of trainer i guess;)

Today i did sts m2w2 back and bis, went for a power walk at lunch and hope to do something else later on to attack my stubborn 10!

Winter is coming and since it is cold here in canada i tend to put on a few...so...I know i have said this about once a month:eek:
Seriosly..:eek: i have to watch what I eat like my heor WENDY THE BODY ROCKER!
 
Gah! I posted this morning and actually forgot to report my work out! LOL I did S90's Cardio Challenge. Good stuff. :)

I have heard TRC is a great work out but I have his inside out series and don't care much for it so IDK if I should cave on TRC. I am holding on to Inside Out tho. Plan on trying it again in the future.....I do, after all have a tendency to change my mind once in a while! ;) LOL

Steph:: Back and bi's. Great combo!!!! I remember those work outs! Tough stuff! You go girl!
 
Good morning All!!

Yesterdays workout was a Zumba class & a spinning class right afterwards. Today I'm not sure, maybe Fire 60. I workout after work so I have time to think about it.

I've never tried BH, but from his previews I don't think I would like him as an instructor. I was looking at MD Peakfit & they look good. I have one I bought a while back, Cardio strength, I like it alot but it is also included in the set. I really don't want to buy it again.

Wendy, the way you workout you'll be back at goal in no time!! I am going to start doing Bodyrock, I really like her style. I think I will start by trying 1 each week.

Steph, you are a machine!!

Jody, after tomorrow I won't be going to WW, but I'll still follow the plan & still check in.

Hello.

Today's work out was Body Rock Hands Free Work Out. Obviously targeted the lower body. ;)

Weight has dropped almost 2# as of this morning already so I'm a happy girl who is thankful it wasn't true weight gain! :)

Wiggie:: Go for it. But I warn you: BR IS ADDICTING!!!!!:p

Wendy I knew those few lbs weren't there to stay, but wow that was fast!!

Hello.

Y'day's wrk out was 100 reps of jump rope, 3 tabata drills from Breathless Body and then 400 more reps of jump rope.

Today was Wicked Things BR, KCM TLC Cardio Express Premix and my own weighted ab routine using an 8# med ball.

Wiggie:: Thanks re the weight coming off. As of this morning I am down to a half of pound from goal so I'm happy! Glad you enjoyed Cardio Challenge!!! I need to do S90 Legs soon....

Hello All!!

Wendy, that's great, only 1/2lb!! I had my last weigh in Wed., lost 1 lb I'm very satisfied with that.

I didn't workout yesterday, went to church after work, then it stormed pretty good after I got home.

Today's eats
B-2 eggs/2 slices toast/coffee
S-watermelon
L-smart one
D-not sure yet

Not sure about the workout yet. I've never done S90 Legs, maybe I'll do that too. Will be back later.

Hello everyone. No workout for me today. Just too tired. I did do 2 workout yesterday though. I got weighed in yesterday and sadly I am up 1 lb, but It's TTOM for me and again eats wasn't so great for me again this week. I am going to try my hardest and stay on track this week.

Wendy and wiggle congrat on the weight loss.
 
Thanks Barb!! TTOM is almost always affects the scale negatively, I'm sure your next weigh in will be better.

Dinner was Viola Garlic Chicken & stringbeans for my extra veggie.

I decided to do Drill Max but only did half because the tv in my workout room stopped working. I finished up with the BR get up challenge, no sandbag & needless to say I didn't do 60.

good morning all
Crazy week however i managed to get in all my workouts:)

I have been power walking at lunch for my cardio..i am finding it too hard to do any intense cardio doing sts 6x a week...for meso 3 i will definately go to the regular 3x a week and as i pyramid down i will see..

Food has been sos so and i am waiting to weigh myself on Monday so i don't over eat this weekend:eek: This weekend i will do low max..maybe try ccc(that one is a toughie)

Wendy what would you suggest as a first body rock if one had extra energy and wanted to try one of them??

I forgot to mention i caved and ordered a Tracy Anderson mat workout...i just want to see what the heck everybody is so impressed with...i am going to try it today and will report back!:D

I used two 15# kettlebells for the squats in part one and a 20 and 30# bell for part 2. I alternated use of the 2 bell weights for each exercise. Good stuff. Short w/o today but I sure don't feel like a slacker! I was workin' it! :cool:


Steph:: This is the first BR work out I tried and I think it was a good choice. It's a 20 min interval cardio work out. You will need a way to time the intervals though. Do you have a Gym Boss or some other type of interval time you could use? Here's the link to the work out:

Barb:: I think after 2 w/o's in one day you deserve a rest day!;) Shake off the weight gain. As long as it's not ongoing, it's nothing to worry about.

Good Morning.

I've decided to follow Zuzanna's BR w/o schedule. Our rest days will be different but I am going to do the w/o's she posts that she is doing starting with today's...the 60 get up exercise challenge. I will also add some cardio to it. Considering BR's interval cardio but that could change at any time!:p

Tmrw is Zuzanna's rest day so I will do a kettlebell work out.

Monday is my rest day so I will do her Monday work out on Tuesday and follow along from there with add ons of my own as I see fit.

Anyone want to do it with me? :cool:

Scale is back down to goal as of this morning. I am very happy about that!

Barb:: Good job complete 2 out of 3 of the CLX phases! Good luck with Phase 3!

Wendy, congrats on getting back to goal!! And I will join you on that rotation. I have trouble sticking to one, maybe this will help. I feel like that get up challenge really helps with flexability. Maybe I'll one day be able to do that rollback get up & jump thing that Cathe does in CCC.

Barb good job on the workouts & eats, I know your next weigh in will be a good one!!

Steph you are doing great with your workouts!! STS 6 days a week is no easy feat!!

Oh Wendy I almost forgot to tell you, I just received Kettlebell Solution by Kathy Smith. I got it because it came with 2 kettlebells. Thought I would try something new.

I'm supposed to be working right now so I better go.
