Good Morning.
I was last to check in on Friday so no personals to catch up on but I figured I would get us going for the week.
Y'day I FINALLY started M3 with D25 chest and back + MMA Kickboxing. Good stuff! Feelin' it a bit this morning too. YEAH!
Today will be Squat Rack Legs D37 + cardio if I still have any energy left. M2 legs drained me-I couldn't add cardio to it so we'll see how this Meso is....
Went out with the girls Friday night and had a blast which included bad eats and several Captain and Diets. YUM but ofcourse the scale went up b/c of it y'day morning. Already on the downward trend again as of this morning though so I'm not worried.
