I was just wanting an update on your progress with Physique Transformation. Come on, spill, how's it going?

My ding-danged scales broke a couple of weeks ago (and this time the sledgehammer had nothing to do with it)! I've ordered a new Tanita bodyfat scale (had to wait for payday). I should know in a week or so. I was at 18 pounds when the scales went belly up, but I DO know I've lost another inch in the waist and hips since then. I'll let you know. (Thanks for asking.)
