Wrist pain?

I have been recently experiencing a dull pain in my wrist that radiates up to myforearm and elbow while doing chest presses. The pain in my wrist is constant, but very dull, so it doesn't bother me enough during the day to see a doc. However, while doing chest presses, it hurts a lot and radiates up to my elbow.

I also work at a computer all day, so at first I thought it was carpal tunnel, but my fingers don't tingle or go numb. Does anyone else experience this, and have you had any sucess in making it go away? TIA!!

i can barely do pushups because of the pain in one of my wrists....tricep dips can be hard as well.....i dont know what it is, and like you, it isn't constant so i dont go to the doctor....i figure it is the beginning of arthritis or something.....then again, i think everything joint related is arthritis.....mine doesn't hurt up to the elbow, however...it is very localized to one spot. i guess i am not really helping, but am just commiserating with you. maybe others have experienced what you are feeling and can be more informative.....

Sounds like some kind of tendonitis.

I am currently getting therapy for an elbow tendonitis that started in the fingers/wrists (massive amounts of continuous typing). I'm doing Sound-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization therapy (Graston technique) and it is finally clearing up (I had it for about 3 months before I did anything about it hoping it would clear up, as a previous bout of elbow tendonitis did...not a good idea).
