I am so impressed with what 3 weeks of Cathe has done for my core strength and balance. I've always had problems doing lunges, dips, and those stretches for the quads where you balance on one leg. Now I have no problems balancing to stretch my quads (most of the time) and my lunges are getting easier too. This something I never acheived with almost a year of firming.
