Ok, I am a couple of days behind on my P90X rotation. I know, I know,.... I took a couple of extra days off, life just got in my way. So tonight I did leg & back. My ? is do you think it would be too much to do Kenpo X tomorrow AM and YogaX in the PM? That'll sort of get me back on track. My next week is a recovery week. What do ya think???

Thanks Sarah, I'll give it a try. I was really more concerned with doing Legs the day before and holding some of the poses. But I'll see how I do.

Catherine, I think you'd be ok to do that. You might not get quite as deep in some of the poses in YogaX maybe, but since next week is recovery, you'll get some rest time...:)...Carole
 
Catherine, I still think you will be o.k. Right now, I am doing YogaX the day after my long cardio workouts which can be anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 1/2 hours long...which can really exhaust the lower body.
