Would P90X plyometrics work for freestyle?

I know that I have asked a zillion questions, I have the book but I also own a ton of videos. I was wondering if P90X plyometrics would count as a freestyle routine. THank you

I would say it would work for a Freestyle "cardio" workout, but not for the Freestyle exercise routines......Carole
