workouts with bridges

Offhand, Cathe's STS 2.0 series has weighted hip thrusts / glute bridges in them:

STS 2.0 Giant Sets Total Body
STS 2.0 Lower Body 1
STS 2.0 Lower Body 2
STS 2.0 Body Parts Legs

There may be some others - if so hopefully others will list them.
 
Hi,

Cathe has also lined up glute bridges in LMR2E. LMR2 Elevated lower body and LMR2 Elevated Bonus workout. In this workout you can lift light or heavy. It is up to you since the "heavy" concept is relative.
Here is a clip of the bonus workout from the most recent series.


Glute bridge is lined up adding high step topper. This add a twist to a normal basic bridge. It is challenging and feel free to not use it if you need to.

In past series, glute bridge has also been lined up during XTRAIN leg , Butt and guts.

To sum up:

  • LMR2 Elevated Lower body strength.
  • LMR2 Elevated LB Bonus
  • Butt and Guts
  • XTRAIN Leg

The 2023 Total Body Barbell is another - she uses a 35# BB -"heavy-ish" compared to the ankle weights and bands used in earlier LB workouts, but not as heavy as STS2.
 
There is also Glute bridge on Stability ball you could visit. On Low impact Series LIS Total body triset (Lower body) --- Glutes Rolls in.
