Workouts on Saturday 2/21

Hi everyone

For selfish reasons I start the daily workouts thread again -- I had way too much fun reading about what everyone was doing yesterday!

So, I had a no impact day today after all that jumping with Bodaymax yesterday. 20 min on the bike and 15 min rowing with easy to moderate effort.
I hope one day Cathe will jump in with us with her workout of the day!

Hi Mari,
Today I did a premix....the Step, Hi/Lo, Weight Premix. It was great! I had never done it before. You do the WU and first combo, 3rd combo, and challenge from SB then it starts from the first Hi/Lo segment of SJ&P all the way to the end minus the ab work. It was a fun workout...a little bit of everything all in one workout! It will probably become one of my favorite premixes. So you survived Body Max. I believe that is on my schedule for Monday's workout...yikes! It has been a while since I have tackled that one! Enjoy the rest of the weekend!:7
 
Whatever the reason Mari...I like it! I did ME today (forgot how tough the bicep curls are)...then felt like a bit of cardio. So I used the Timesaver DVD and did the first KPC drills, then went to VHS and did the Step Blast blasts that I didn't do yesterday and ended with TS and the first Hi-lo from SJP...about 33 min. Bodymax has always been a favorite, I like the drills with the leg weights and the upper body weights segment too. I'd like it too if Cathe joined in...:)...Carole

I walked outside today cuz the sun was out I normally do not work out on the weekend because of the midnite to noon shift that seems to be hard enough for right now However a couple weeks ago I was getting up early and doing a workout at about 10:30 pm which was nice but I much enjoy sleep too and I can workout Monday thru friday so thta is what i am doing this week I did slow and heavy thursday legs and biceps and triceps fridaya long w/treadmill and I still feel the soreness tempo changes are really something for confusing the muscles but the soreness is a good sore It had been awhile since I was really able to gte into my workouts but I am trying to get back to it cuz Iknow it makes me feel better but my grief was pretty intense and still is
Anyways big plans for monday probably some cardio and some intense weights maybe PUB PLB

I did firm upper body (classic) it is a mix between endurance and strenth(some are reps of 8-12) but I classify it as endurance because my muscles get fried and I can't go above the 20lb dumbell range.I done this one 2 times this week.There is something about this one and the bootcamp upperbody mix that I love .and my arms feel so tight afterwards I think it is because they move around the upperbody and don't concentrate on one part before moving on.anyway great workout I think a terminater will be tomorrows workout (well actually today).I enjoy threads like this keep them coming.:7
 
HI everyone,
This is a great tread b/c I love sharing workouts.
Yesterday I did Push Pull,a 60 min run and 1/2 BC.I went really heavy with my weights and I can feel it today.
Today is just cardio and I am going to start my upper body rotation tomorrow.
