Sandy - I'm so glad you're enjoying your workouts this week. Sure, I'd be happy to give you input about future rotations. I really enjoy putting stuff together. If you are able to get the CTX series, you won't be disappointed. The weight workout is some of the most effective, in my opinion. LL is the cream of the leg-endurance workouts; there's no other workout that matches it, IMO. Glad to hear your arms were sore; that was the idea
And additional leg presses were a great idea. I was going to suggest tacking them on to your KPC/LG workout, if you had the time.
Laurie - I'm actually 5'4", and not dreaming of using 3 risers LOL! I meant the question in a more general sense of whether it is even something that shorter people should even consider working up to. I'm glad you and Wendy agree that it would be foolhardy; I can now cross it off my list of "Some day I'll try that...."

Katie - how's your energy? Are the extra snacks helping out?
Susan - do you live in a forest? Are you really Goldilocks? It seems you are frequently raking your leaves (or am I getting you mixed up with someone else?). Do you store all the leaves in your garage and sprinkle them back on the lawn, to give yourself a winter workout?
Wendy - I also find that my knees start to talk to me if I do more than 2 or 3 workouts on the 8" step, per week. I won't even dream of using 3 risers, unless I'm doing a bench press!
