Hey Rebecca!
First of all, congrats on getting the job for conditioning the team. IMO I suggest things more enduranced based since its a swim team. Pilates it a good idea, and try adding others things that will help them w/ swimming, for example, higher numbers of crunches, squats, 1 legged squats, push-ups, and shoulder work. Again, congrats on gettin the job;-)
