if your not doing Cathe workouts, and are just working out on your own, here are some tips that help me.
*Try working out in a place that keeps you motivated in what your doing (like looking at pictures of fitness, and/or in your workout space.)
*Work out with the TV on,a nd watch your favorite show or movie while you workout. I can keep your mind off what your doing. (Just don't lose count;-) )
*Don't listen to music while doing exercises that involve you to count. (Unless you don't like to sing to music.) But you should if your doing cardio for a period of time.
*Try to have no one "bug" you or disturb you because it can sometimes stress you out. For example "I need you in the kitchen" or something can make you feel like yelling, and make your workout stressing.
*Try different places to work out f it's possible. If you live on a lake, do sit-ups at sunrise or even yoga. It can make you feel more relaxed.
*Always smile when working out even if your feeling the burn. Just remember, if yu feel the burn, it's a good thing. It means your working hard.
