Cathe,
I love to run and have been running for the past six months, but I have not really done any other sort of workout. I enjoy watching FITTV and your series is so amazing. I can not keep up with you at all but I love the show. I am not a fan of most video or TV workouts but your workouts are amazing. I am not advanced when it comes to step or weight workouts and I am totally confused about what videos in your series to order. I am wondering if you have ever made or you will ever make some sort of series that kind of starts at the begining and works its way up to advanced step training? Thank you for your hard work, you have inspired me to begin some sort of interval training and I can not wait.

Not Cathe, but if you want to start out with basic step, then order Cathe's Basic Step and Body Fusion DVD. Once you've mastered that, you can try her Low Impact Step. Next come the Classics (Step Jam, Step Max and Step Heat. Next, you should try Cardio Hits (Power Max, Step Fit and Step Works). If you've gotten all of that down pretty good, then you could try Low Max. You have now worked your way up to advanced stepping where you should try Step Blast and then Cathe's most complex of all, IMO, Rhythmic Step.
