I'm probably dreaming but would love a program designed with fat burning as it's main goal.
The cardio workouts could have modifiers for those of us that prefer low impact options. I'd love to 'follow' someone instead of trying to remember the modification.
The weight workouts could have options that use gym equipment, free weights or exercise bands. I loved that you offered gym equipment options in the STS strength workouts.
The workouts would be approximately 45-60 minutes long.
I'd love three cardio days and three weight training days a week with a nice long stretch included.
The weight workouts would alternate opposing muscle groups, e.g. 1 set of bench presses and then 1 set of rows, then back to bench presses, etc. Also, working the big calorie burning muscles of the body (lats, legs, etc.) mainly instead of the smaller muscles (biceps & triceps).
The cardio workouts would have different levels of intensity, e.g. steady state, interval training, and would consist of different options for cardio, e.g. step, kickboxing, etc. Well, while I'm dreaming, a spinning workout would be great!
Thanks - Sandi
PS - I forgot to add - it would be great if some of the workouts could be audio only. I love Kathy Smith's walking workouts & Cardio Coach's workouts. It would be nice to take a Cathe audio workout for a walk/run interval or to the gym.
