I WORKOUT ABOUT EVERYDAY AND I FIND IT HARD TO TAKE A REST DAY. HOW IMPORTANT IS A REST DAY? SECOND, I TRY TO LIFT WEIGHTS 2-3 TIMES A WEEK THE REST CARDIO AND THEN SWITCH IT AROUND THE NEXT WEEK. SOMETIMES I FOLLOW A CATHE ROTATION. WHEN I WEIGHT LIFT SHOULD I DO A TOTAL BODY DVD LIKE MUSCLE MAX, OR IS TRAINING DIFFERENT GROUPS BETTER. JUST LOOKING FOR SOME ADVICE.
