Hi. My name is Adriana. I am from Brazil and I have lived in the US for 5 years. First of all, I want to say that I love Cathe DVD's workout, she is awesome!!! I just bought the Max Muscle workout and the step fusion DVD. Also, I have the Brazilian butt lift by Leandro. I have combained all the DVD's on my routine exercises. I would like to know if its ok do weight lift one day and the next day do the step fusion by Cathe? I am also doing first the butt workout for 30 minutes and after that I am doing the Max Muscle by Cathe. Its that??

Welcome to Cathe's forum.

You can alternate Muscle max and cardio step fusion every other day.

As to combining Brazilian Butt and Muscle Max, it would be better to start with Muscle max and do BB afterward. I have never done Brazilian Butt but I believe it is cardio with muscle conditioning. Therefore you may find difficult to do a pure lifting program after leg muscle conditioning.
