Workout nausea?

For the last 3 days, about 15 or 20 minutes into my workout, I get really nauseous and end up running to the bathroom to gag. This has never happened before and it's making me nervous, PLUS ruining my workouts! I've tried to make sure I'm eating enough before and keeping myself hydrated, but nothing seems to help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
 
I also have trouble with nausea!

I have to make sure I have eaten something a few hours before my workout...not too much, not too little. This has been trial and error, but I've found a solution that works pretty well for me.

Also, if I get too hot, I will get sick to my stomach, so I have to use a fan.

I usually feel nauseated if I work legs really hard; in this case, I just suffer since I don't have a solution for it.

It's a bummer to constantly deal with this, but keep trying different things and you'll find what helps.

This doesn't happen to me often, but when it does it's usually PMS. (Happened every time I was pregnant also. Yikes!) Pay attention to where in your cycle you are when it happens...maybe you can find a pattern? My hormones can really affect my workouts.

ETA: I also need a fan blowing on me or I feel a bit queasy.
