Workout Manager

I just downloaded the Lose It! app which is very cool, and I wanted to start to actually use Cathe's Workout Manager. I use workout manager for rotation and for entering my STS info in, but I dont use any of the other features. When I began looking into how to enter my personal information, I realized that I think you need a computer degree to figure anything out! I wanted to enter my weight and calorie intake and all that, but i dont have a clue how it works. Is there a tutorial or anything? The tutorial that I found just talks about STS and one rep max. Thanks!
 
Using The Workout Manager

Using the Workout Manager is really pretty simple. To enter your personal information you first just need to click on the settings tab and fill out your preferences. After that all you need to do is click on the big green button " Enter My Daily Values" whenever you want to record a measurement.
