Workout Manager won't edit 1RM, deletes exercise instead

I am unable to update the 1RM for STS exercises on the workout card. When clicking 1RM button the selected exercise is deleted. Same problem happens on Firefox, Edge and Chrome and on device and computer.

I have the same issue with Disc 4, Disc 6 and Disc 7 but others I tried so far (Discs 1, 2, 3, and 5) are all working fine.
