I would like to see an exercise list by workout. For example, if I wanted to do Slow and Heavy, it would be nice to select the S&H workout and have a drop down list of the S&H exercises - then I could add what weights I used and if i did all the reps.
It would be good to be able to track S&H as is, or alternatively, have the flexibility to add additional exercises so I'm not limited just to the S&H exercises. For example, if my workout consists of slow and heavy back + pyramid back, i would like the flexibility to create and track this as one workout.
What is of particular importance to workout tracking is to be able to recall what weight I used previously and on what date. So if 2 weeks from now I do S&H back again, I could select this and see my S&H history. the dates are important because if the last time I did S&H was 9 months ago, I know to go heavier if I've gotten stronger. It would be interesting to see how i progressed and how much I increased weight over time.
A note section for future workouts (ie, go heavier next time) is important as well as an indicator of how strong i felt during that workout (thumbs up or down - maybe smileys or a mood indicator of some sort would be a welcomed bonus).
