workout for 12/1/04

Hi, Sandra:

You wanted to know how Seasun's RSS video compares to Cathe's step videos. Well, I would say that it is quite complex choreography that is a little less intense than RS but higher than SB (for me anyway). I was really sweating by the end. I also am still learning the routine so I wasnt able to put 100% effort into the intensity. Sorry for the long-winded explanation, but hopefully this helps you decide if you might want to buy the tape. By the way, the last 14 minutes are abs (and they are tough) and a stretch.

Hi everyone,

Sounds like you're all roaring along!;-) Congratulations on your awesome workouts!
Speaking of which...congratulations Josie! You must be thrilled...SO happy for you all. BTW, I hear you about MIL. Just the thought gives me the shudders.
Today was cardio for me. I'm still not feeling up to par so kept it pretty light. I did a short step tape followed by 10 minutes or so on the rebounder. Best I could do.
Take care everyone. Mariángeles I'm starting to get a little worried myself...I haven't seen Cathe even post for days. Of course she's extremely busy but I thought she would have posted a synopsis of the next workout by now. I hope she's ok.
Ruth:) :-( :)

RE: workout for 12/1/04-Jes

Hi Jes,

I would wait on the medicine ball for now if you can't afford that and dumbells all at once. Besides, dumbells can easily be substituted for the medicine ball. I would definitely recommend getting 5 and 8(or 7)pound dumbells first-I use mine quite a bit in this workout and all the others.

Wait, I think there is one chest move where you squeeze the med ball but any ball will work for this, it doesn't need to be weighted.
