I wear an old tshirt when I workout. However, I am tired of having it stick to me with sweat. Can anyone recommend a shirt that actually helps keep you feeling dry? Also, for runners, do you wear running shorts or regular shorts? Thanks. Melissa
If you prefer a "tee shirt" type of top when you work our, Adidas and Nike (and I'm sure there are others) make a great workout out style tee that literally wisks the sweat away and keeps you dry. They are more form fitting than a tee shirt, but there are great. I pretty certain you can find them in a Sports Authority type store. Happy Sweating!!!
You want shirts made with Coolmax - a fabric designed to wick moisture away from your body. Avoid cotton like the plague because it holds moisture close to your body and makes you feel sticky and drenched.
