workout cards

I read where we can create workouts and print workout cards. Can this be done with Cathe dvd's? I added Muscle Max to the calendar and wanted to print a workout card for it but could not figure it out. Am I doing something wrong?

Pre-made workout cards are only available for STS workouts.You could use our "Workouts" feature that you will see at the top of the WM and create your own card for almost any workout.
