I have logged in to my Cathe OnDemand account - I see all my billing info here, and when I click on the Workout Blender link at the top, it takes me here:
...but I AM signed up. I even created my own workout that I accessed from the Cathe OnDemand app that's on my phone.
What am I doing wrong? Why can't I get to the Blender? Here's proof that I'm logged in:
You'll notice that I have two orders - I had had an issue with my account being duplicated, and maybe that's part of the problem? I had reached out to customer support, and one of the orders was cancelled:
