Workout Blender does not play well

I am having trouble with the work Blender. It will play for a few minutes, then lose audio for a few minutes, pause briefly and then restart playing. The Live workouts and OnDemand workouts play perfectly. I have tried changing the quality of playback, no difference. Any suggestions?

I just completed one of my workout blender workouts just a short time ago & it played fine. I always use the
Lowest quality which is great. Hope you find out your problem!

I would suggest cleaning your browser's cache and also rebooting your router and possibly your computer.
