"Work Out" on Bravo?

Anyone see this? I watched "The Gym" on FitTV once in a while but found it kind of annoying. This show, not so annoying--the owner of the club is very cool, the club itself is very cool (on a rooftop in LA), it was more focused on exercise than drama. Fun to watch for those of us who spend a lot of time in a gym.

RE:

I only saw the first episode (so far, I expect to see them all several times over on reruns, LOL) and I was a little disappointed!! I wanted to see more trainer moves... but I guess, as my dad said, the demographics for Bravo are little bit different than for me... LOL!

I must say, the one thing that will make me stop watching the show is if the owner and her girlfriend keep biting each other... I guess I'm not a fan of biting someone you love!! :p :D

And I *adore* the rooftop space! :7

RE:

Just saw it tonight. It was kind of fun for mindless TV for those of us who work out. I do like the no nonsense owner. I set it up on Tivo for future episodes.

And yes Amy, her girlfriend really needs to quit the biting thing. That's a little odd. :)

Watched the show last night. Well part of it as I had something I had to attend to. I don't like the owner much and I think she is really good at disrespecting Brian while he is in the middle of training someone.

I don't care for the love scenes.

I don't care for the love scenes either. Last night was the first and probably last time I will watch. I never has a personal trainer, but I think I would want them to be more professional than anyone in this group. I may sound prissy, but if I were working our and someone was showing pix of their boyfriend's penis/walking around with their crack hanging out, I would join another club. Melissa

The next show is supposed to be about a lady who is considering by-pass surgery; I'm hoping that some real fitness routines begin here. To me that is what I like to see, a personal trainer helping a client actually "transform" into a healthier, fit person. We'll have to see what happens. As for the love scenes, count me in, I don't care for them either. Dee:7

I was wondering how many Catheites are watching this show. I didn't think I'd like it but so far I do. Who saw the bootcamp the other day? lol I thought of Cathe! They were doing knee ups and planks Cathe style! I was so happy I get to do those every week with my Cathe workouts. :)

RE:

Really ,I only watched part of the first episode. I was disappointed. I really was hoping for more fitness related stuff. It had so much more personal relationship stuff. I doubt I will watch it again. I just was not that interested. I do watch other reality shows. This was just a disappointment for me personally.
