That's great! A great price, and a great set of workouts.
PUB/PLB are two of my favorite (if not my favorite) workouts. I'm doing a Pyramids rotation now, doing each one twice a week. For me, they take some modification (changing weights between flyes and presses, putting longer breaks between PLB sets, doing lying triceps extensions instead of kickbacks), but I love 'em anyway (and nobody is here telling me I have to do exactly what Cathe and the crew are doing!).
Frankly, I'm surprised that they ever got to Ebay! (But since I've Ebayed a lot of Cathe cardio workouts and Stretch Max, etc., I know we all have different tastes.)
