Will there be any DVD's available for sale at the RT?

If I recall correctly, there will be tee shirts and such. Just wondering it any or all of the DVD's will be available for purchase as well.

I was just about to order a couple that I have on VHS and realized that I'll be there in 2 months. What would be cooler than actually buying them at the gym?!?!:)

LOL I was thinking the same thing. I'm saving some of my Cathe purchases up to buy as RT "souvenirs." I'm definitely getting a hat and t-shirt :)

What the heck was I thinking bringing my DH with me on this trip? How am I going to sneak the merchandise back to the room? I mean it's not like I can pull the ol' "no, these shoes aren't new!! I've had these for at least two years now! Thanks alot for never noticing:( " trick!

Maybe we can think of a plan to distract him while I steal the credit card and buy stuff. Mabe I can sneak away while you gals force him to try a Pike on the ball!! Yea, that's it, I'll sliver away while he makes a complete fool out of himself. It should take a while because he will of course have to prove his manliness that he can do a pike! That should give me all the time in the world to spend some money on cool Cathe stuff!

AAAHHH.. you know, sometimes ya just gotta know how to outsmart em'!;-)

Vicki - Just take him outside and show him my car (Toyota Echo = AKA Barbie Mobile - one step up from having a winding pin in the back). While he is recovering from his fits of laughter, I will have already swiped his wallet and the card and replaced the wallet. Problem 1 taken care of. For Problem 2, just tell him that the gobs of stuff you are bringing back to the hotel room is actually Amber's stuff, but she can't fit it in her "car", so you are "holding" it for her and will ship it to her later. }(

Okay, so Liann, the plan sounds pretty good, but there's a couple of kinks to work out:

1. My DH up until last year actually drove a Ford Festiva (the commuter mobile). I'm thinking that's right up there with the Echo so I'm not sure how long the laughter will last since the Ol' "Pod" as he used to call his car got quite a few laughs itself... but still, it could buy us a couple of minutes for the wallet swap

2. Um, who's Amber? Or is she just our alias? ( is that the right word? I'm having a brain fart at the moment LOL) But, yup, Amber sure is planning on buying a *&@t load of stuff, isn't she??

I really have to say the wisdom of my Cathe friends just never ceases to amaze me...

1. Lol, yeah the Festiva and the Echo are definitely in the same size category. I'm fast though, so as long as we can distract him for a few seconds, the card swiping will be no problem!

2. Sorry, I forgot that no one on this thread knows my name! My first name is Amber. Middle name is Liann, but that is what I go by with most of my friends. I respond to both names. :D

I have an idea Vicki. After Amber takes the credit card and you buy all your stuff. Just give it all to me and I'll ship it to you. That way when I get home and my DH sees all the cool stuff (yours and mine) I can say "Oh, this isn't mine, it's Vicki's and I'm shipping it to her. Then if he says "well why aren't you sending her everything?" I'll say "Oh, she's letting me borrow a few things!"

So Liann, what should we call you on the RT? Amber or Liann? I don't think I can call you Amber now that I've known you as Liann for so long. :) It's funny because my name is Teresa. No one calls me Tess. I go by Tess online because it feels a little more anonymous. You girls can call me Tess or Teresa, I'll answer to either. I have a girlfriend who I've known for years coming with me on the RT and I'm sure she is going to look at me like I have 2 heads if she hears anyone calling me Tess LOL. She'll be like "since when did you start going by Tess?"

Um, TESS... I knew I liked you for a reason!!! Brilliant, just brilliant. You could also tell him that I actually bought you those things for being so kind and sending me mine. You could tell him that my mean old husband just wouldn't understand but you are so grateful for him because he would never give you a hard time about purchasing a few innocent items! Actually, that's probably good for buying an extra couple of things and he might even do the dishes once or twice.

Also, Tess and Liann. I feel all screwed up now. I really don't know if I can call you Theresa or Amber now. Maybe I'll pick a new name. I always wanted to be Shayna. Okay, you guys can call me Shayna then we will all be incognito,

I am so psyched for this trip. You guys are so much fun!!!

Haha yep, this is going to be such a fun trip. That's the great thing about the internet, you can be whoever you want to be. Shayna is a great name! :)
