I love the idea of intermediate workouts especially for days when I have only an hour. I frequently wish I had a 20 minute weight workout for during the week when I'm short on time. Will these workouts be adaptable if you just use heavier weight or will there be a lot of explaining and form pointers?
I'm looking forward to these new workouts. Thanks for all you do for all of us.
