I just had to stick it to the machine this morning--just so I could finally get it to say I'm "normal." Yeah, I know that BMI isn't the most accurate indicator of ideal body weight/fat composition. BUT it still really bugs me that I was slightly over my "normal" BMI range because I have a high percentage of muscle. I'm "okay" when I weigh myself first thing in the morning, but when I get dressed and eat breakfast, I was "overweight." That's why I hate going to the doctor--even though my body fat percentage and fitness ability are really good. I've made a little progress struggling to lose those "last 10 pounds"--8 more to go! So I got on the balance board early this morning just so that obnoxious little voice could tell me I'm "normal" instead of "overweight."
Obviously, I'll never be mentally "normal"--especially when I feel the need to prove something to an irksome game.

Have a good week everyone!
