for the last couple days i havent been able to complete my workouts. I have the whole month already mapped out on a calendar on my fridge and so far this week I have only been able to complete one work out, which surprisingly was imax2. this is kind of discouraging me. my son said he thinks i did too much too soon. I have been doing six days a week for the last 5 1/2 weeks. I am eating right and resting, what could be the problem?
