I'm on day 2 of 1500 calories and I feel like I am starving...and I've been eating every 2.5-3 hours. I am trying to stay focused on losing these last pounds that I want to lose but its so hard to stay motivated. Of course it doesn't help when all of a sudden a friend wants to go hang out and now that means a cocktail to factor in...especially on a weekend.
Anyone had to seriously tighten up their diet at the end and what motivated you to stay on track?
