Why does this happen?

I have been doing pub upperbody twice a week for the last two weeks. I have been feeling like I have no energy when I lifting the weights. Then I get this nausea feeling afterwards. I thought after the first time it was because I was tired, but it keeps happening. It also happened after I did a kpc premix yesterday. What can be causing this? It's like a get a fatigued feeling. I know some of you ladies could give me some good information.

And I also ate breakfast an hour and half before exercising.

Please someone help me with this.

It might be blood sugar dropping or dehydration. Try eating fruit or drinking juice up to a half hour before. Are you breathing throughout the exercises? Sometimes I find that I hold my breath without realizing it which is not good. We need lots of oxygen while working out. If it continues, see your doctor.
