Well, finished GS C&T and BSB premixes. Ya know premixes sound like they should be easy(ier), but :confused::eek: I guess if I did just one of them huh ;) I went heavier than Cathe on most exercises. I had to laugh when she was doing pullovers (with a 20# BB) I grabbed my barbell thinking it had 40# and thought darn this thing is heavy. But proceeded and got the bar in the pullover position and then got it over my head and had to drop it :eek: I had 50# on it. So I lowered to 40 and was able to do the reps:cool: I probably could've done a few reps with 50 if I hadn't just done BB rows and one-armed rows :rolleyes:
 
Catherine - Been there and done that with the weight being wrong. Sometimes I feel like I can't add at all! :eek:

This morning I did Rhythmic Step. Haven't done that one in a long, but it was really fun!
 
I don't have RS, but have thought about getting it. Hmmmm, more $$ to spend at Cathe.com :p

I did Leaner Legs this evening and thought I'd do some cardio afterwards. I never do- legs just too tired to move :eek::confused:

Muffie's been sick :( She seems to be slowing down bit by bit. Hopefully we will still have her around for a while, but who knows,...

Then cardio at 60/60 ratio for 6 rounds using Amy's ASC Power ups.

Last night I previewed Amy's Kickbox Extreme - looking forward to attempting it tomorrow - just not sure my workout space is going to be big enough :confused:
 
Linda, nice wts esp for RDLs. I was lifting that heavy for RDLs till my back started acting up :rolleyes: So now I have to play nice to it :eek:

So how's the eating going? I've been a bit better so far this week, but it's still early LOL!!

Muffie is my 12 y.o. silkie terrior. She has bladder cancer diagnosed last Dec. The average life expectancy with it it 6 months and she has surpassed that. I fear it's taking it's toll though:( I see her slowing down and she is now showing signs of doggie dementia. I don't have kids, but my doggies are darn close!!!

I did 35 min yoga for stress relief at lunch and plan on SZ and chinups this evening.

Hey I get really lucky with RDL's and they don't bother my back at all! I always worry with lifting that much weight.

Sorry, about Muffy. I have had pets all my life so I know how you feel. Currently we have three cats, two guinea pigs and nine fish. I'd have more but DH says no. Anyway about six months after I moved into my house someone shot my cat I was devastated!

Ugh, I can't do yoga to save my life! So how is SZ?

LOL, I'd have more too if it weren't for DH!!!

My yoga was more of a stretchy yogo for the SI joint (part of my back issues). Been trying to work on some flexibility issues that are hindering my workouts :mad:

I like SZ. It's different from other KB w/o that I have. I've read others say it's too easy/not intense. I think KB is totally what you make of it. I really like Josef the MMA guy in it ;) sssssssssexy :p
 
My flexibility sucks, I spend no time on it. Plaese don't tell any of my future clients that! LOL!

A motivating male in a workout is always a plus! ;) That was Coach Sean for me in cardio coach. I know I could actually see him but I've got a good memory and imagination!:D
 
Hey, I did Amy's Kickbox Extreme this morning and loved it. Did have a few space issues but not as bad as I thought. I really need to get more of her dvds, anyone got any recommendations?
 
Linda, I don't have any of Amy's stuff. Now my interest is peaked though LOL!!

Well, it wasn't in the stars for me to w/o yesterday. On my way home from work DS called and had a flat tire. I went to her aide (since I have AAA) and waited with her till they came and put the spare on. By that time I was in no mood to workout. At least I got in my yoga yesterday.

Now, today I am in no mood to workout. Maybe I will find the motivation. I doubt it. I WILL w/o tomorrow :eek:
 
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, finally got my w/o in. I did SZ and chinups. I did 5 sets of weighted chins with 10#s 4/2, 4/2,3/3,3/3,& 3/3(second number is with band assist and wt) then I did 2 sets unweighted 7 & 6.

Just finished a little ab work on my new ball. Love it. Kinda did my own thing. I think I'll be feeling it tomorrow
