I have been trying to do whatever is available to me for cardio. I have had the Leslie Sansone walk away the #'s 2 mile vhs tape for a while, but have never done it. I have recently returned to exercising. Today I chose that vhs to do . Now, to be honest, I looked at it thinking "Please...I probably won't even break a sweat". Well, I was sweating w/in the first 1/2 mile. I know I have muscle trapped under all the fat I have, you just can't see it.
My husband gets upset because he can never open jars and when he brings them to me I open them right away. He tells me "he loosened it for me". LOL:p

I've heard that walk away the #s works. I'm the same way. I have a lot of muscle trapped under fat and it's screaming to get out!
Poor DH. He wishes he loosened those jars for you. Isn't it a great feeling when we know we're getting stronger day by day?

I used walk away the pounds when I was firts getting back into exercise. It's a good walking work out.

When my daughter was pregnant she, her dh & myself would do the 4 Mile Walk Away the ##'s tape. It will get you sweating.

Now if you want to add some intensity to it, try jogging instead of walking and squatting really low.....WOW.

Hmmm...you guys have me curious about the WATP series. I absolutely detest running/jogging, but have been wanting to suck it up and incorporate it into my training somehow. I saw the WATP Express Super Challenge workout on Amazon. Has anyone tried it? Would you recommend adding WATP to your workout, if you are an advanced exerciser? I believe that variety is the spice of life (and my workouts), but I must also be challenged immensely. Would this series do it (with appropriate mods)?

I'm going to do it again tomorrow for my cardio and add the jogging. My SIL dragged me around target for 3 hours today. She is the type that has to go down every aisle and look at EVERYTHING. Mind you, we were only supposed to go there and exchange my 12 year olds boxers. It was nice to get away from the kids for a while though.:)
