who works legs twice

I was thinking of doing 1 standard STS leg workout per week and then 1 plyo leg workout per week. Do you think this would be ok? I would count the plyo work as a leg workout and a cardio workout so i would do it like this:
monday: STS upper body dvd
tuesday: cardio coach and abs
wednesday: STS legs
thursday: cardio coach and abs
friday: STS the other upper body workout
Saturday: plyo legs and abs
 
I worked my legs twice in Meso 1.
I love STS Plyo legs!
I lifted heavy regular leg day and lowered the weights a little for plyo.

I only did one leg day in Meso 2. I was doing enough kick boxing and hi/lo to keep my legs and calorie burn up.
