Who watched 24 last night? Spoiler

I was wondering if Jack and Marilyn had some kind of relationship in the past. They seem to be very connected and it seems like they are trying to make us think that something happened in the past. Something in a past episode made me think that Jack might even be her son's father.
I was actually most surprised last night when they knocked out the President's aid (the guy from Ally McBeal) and went forward without him. When Chad Lowe came back through that door and belted him, I almost died!

I think Audrey will be back. She just wasn't around the when they were filming the first 1/2 of this 24 season because she was busy doing "The Nine"...which was cancelled quit quickly. I think she will be making an appearance.
Doesn't make sense to me that Jack's Dad **snuck** away instead of putting a slug in him. After all, he actually killed the other son...the one he was close to. But let Jack live? Doesn't make sense.
I remember when Marilyn was on Melrose Place.
All I know is I will be forever grateful to Jack's Dad...he made Jack put his arms up in the air and turn around. I'll never forget that scene!:9

I love 24 & never miss it! I actually thought Jack's dad would turn the gun on himself since it turned out to be more of a pride thing to him once everything was all said & done. After he said it was an embarrassment to him & the family (but he was going to be implicated whether Jack died or not) I just thought he'd kill himself. It's been an interesting season so far, with lots of great plot twists & forgotten people showing up.
My DH thought Logan was dead too but I honestly don't remember.

I also wonder if we'll see Audrey again... & what about Kim?
This show gives me a reason to look forward to Mondays!

I was actually expecting Marilyn to say "Help OUR son, Jack". I really was...
Logan wasn't picked off last season. He was arrested during a National Address. I believe he is doing time, and from the looks of his surroundings, from a spa!

It's pretty clear that they did, because Jack's now-dead brother mentioned a couple of times that they got together after Jack left.
I think Jack may be the son's real father.
I don't remember Logan dying at the end of last season.

Dad always loved Jack best, I think. And when Jack made his heartfelt apology (I found it strange to apologize to someone who is about to shoot you in the back of the head!), maybe a bit of fatherly compassion set in? I was sure that Jack wouldn't be killed, but I thought maybe Marilyn would come back and shoot his dad to save him.

God that was a great episode! I didn't get to watch it on Monday night but had recorded it so I made sure I watched it last night. I was shocked to see Logan back. You don't think they'll actually kill President Palmer do you? I would NOT like that!
I'm desperate for Audrey and Kim to come back. I really like them. But I am enjoying the sexual tension between Jack and Marilyn too!

Yes! The episodes just keep getting better and better! I thought maybe the Dad let Jack go because he thought that was the only hope of catching the Russian dude? ( forgot his name).

Lol, Sarah! I'm glad I am not the only one who sometimes misses what's going on in the show because I was lost in my own little world with Jack.;-) Marnie

If they kill him they probably will bring him back. They did an online poll a couple of weeks ago (I'm not sure, but I think it was TV Guide) and the question was: "Would you still watch 24 if Jack died?" and 100% of the respondents said no. lol. I guess people love Jack as much as I do.

I would have to agree. I mean, yes, I enjoy the suspense and plot lines of 24 but the one and ONLY reason that I keep coming back week after week is to get my fill of the sexiest man alive-Jack Bauer! lol. In all seriousness though, I would be devestated if they killed Jack. Even if they waited until the last episode of the series. He is too important to me! I'd go ballistic!
