I'm new to Cathe's workouts and I noticed the chaptering sections on the website to program your DVD player and make up your own workout. Who out there does this and doesn't it require a lot of thought and time to enter all of those chapters and titles? Although it is the only way I can think of to get a complete workout when doing cardio & weights in a shorter amount of time. The way I see it is that if you just do certain sections or chapters of a DVD at random, you will most definitely skip certain body parts, correct? I only have an hour to work out in the morning before work, so I was wondering about the best way to do this without missing body parts. Suggestions & Comments on programming your DVD player would be helpful.
